Amy Riddering: My journey in West Africa began in 2011. Our family departed on an adventure that was rooted in our desire to love others. With a huge leap of faith, we left a life of certainty for one that had us take one step at a time according to the path that God laid out for us. We never could have expected the ways we would be stretched and the deep, deep love we would have for the people we came to serve. In 2016, my husband Mike lost his life in an act of terrorism. This was devastating to friends, family, our ministry and the community. One thing was clear, God continued to place joy in my heart for this ministry and these people and a desire to pour more love into it. Walk with me, if you will, to share in my experiences…both the victories and the struggles. My prayer is that you may find something ignited inside of you that makes you want to love more deeply and take your own leaps of faith.
